General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
Between: The Company PawPix, located at 585 C Avenue de la Gare, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, 38140 Izeaux, France, registered with the Grenoble Trade and Companies Register under SIRET number 95368171500025, represented by Céline GRALL in her capacity as Manager, duly authorized for the purposes hereof.

Hereinafter referred to as the "Seller" or the "Company".
Of the first part,
And: Any natural or legal person purchasing products or services from the Company,
Hereinafter referred to as the "Client" or the "Buyer".

PREAMBLE
The Seller offers the distance selling of personalized products and services to consumers, marketed through its website https://pawpix.fr. The essential characteristics of the products and services are presented on the site.
Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) determine the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products or services offered by the Seller.
Article 2 – General Provisions
These GTC govern all sales made via the Company's website and constitute an essential part of the contract concluded between the Client and the Seller. They are fully enforceable against the Client, who acknowledges having read and accepted them without reservation before placing an order.
The Seller reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in effect on the date of validation and payment of the order.
The Client acknowledges having the legal capacity required to contract and having received the necessary information to make their purchase with full knowledge of the facts.
Article 3 – Price
Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC/VAT included), excluding delivery costs. Applicable delivery costs are indicated before the order is validated.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price displayed at the time of the order will be the only one applicable to the Client.
Article 4 – Ordering
The Client places an order on the site following the established process. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.
The validation of the order constitutes the final conclusion of the sales contract, subject to product availability and effective payment.
Article 5 – Delivery
5.1 General Terms
Products are delivered to the address or pickup point (Point Relais) selected by the Client during the order process, according to the delivery methods offered on the site.
5.2 Pickup Point (Point Relais) Delivery
When the Client chooses delivery to a pickup point, it is their responsibility to select the desired location during the order or within a maximum of 72 hours following order validation.
If no pickup point is selected within this timeframe, the Seller reserves the right to ship the order to the available pickup point closest to the address provided by the Client during the order process, in order to guarantee compliance with delivery deadlines.
This selection will be made at no additional cost to the Client and shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refusal of delivery, or dispute of the order.
The Client is responsible for collecting their package within the timeframes set by the carrier. If a package is not collected and is returned to the Seller, reshipping costs may be billed to the Client.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Client has a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for legal exceptions, notably regarding personalized products.
Article 7 – Liability
The Seller shall not be held liable for damages resulting from the misuse of the purchased product.
Article 8 – Personal Data
The personal data collected is necessary for order management and commercial relations. It is processed in accordance with current regulations and the Privacy Policy available on the site.
Article 9 – Applicable Law and Disputes
These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the Client is invited to contact customer service as a priority to seek an amicable solution.
In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Client may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
