Your PawPix items are carefully crafted and shipped directly for fast delivery within 3-4 days.
What are the shipping times?
The delivery times indicated are based on estimates from our partner carriers. While we make every effort to meet these deadlines, please note that we are not responsible for any failure to meet these deadlines.
- Home delivery (Colissimo): 4 to 5 days
- Delivery to Mondial Relay Point: 5 to 6 days
You will be responsible for return shipping costs if your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if the package is not collected within the specified time frame.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the service chosen:
In France
- Colissimo shipping costs from €5.90
- Mondial Relay shipping costs from €4.70
Delivery is free via Mondial Relay for orders over €90 and via Colissimo for orders over €100.
In Belgium and Luxembourg
- Mondial Relay shipping costs from €4.70
Delivery is free via Mondial Relay for orders over €100.
In Switzerland
- Colissimo shipping costs from €14.90
Delivery is free by Colissimo for orders over €150.
Returns
Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or refund if your items are not suitable. To register your return or refund request, please contact us via the contact form or at the following email address: contact@pawpix.fr and provide us with your order number.
Once your package has been dropped off at your nearest La Poste drop-off point, please note that it may take up to 14 days to reach us. Once received, the refund or exchange process will take place within a maximum of 15 days (this time may vary depending on the carrier's delivery conditions). We will inspect the general condition of the returned item. If it is in good condition, we will either exchange it or refund it.
For exchanges, a new order is prepared and shipped within a few days of receiving the returned item. We are committed to ensuring an efficient and transparent process to ensure your satisfaction throughout the return or exchange process.
We do not accept returns made in an unauthorized manner, i.e. by your own means, and decline all responsibility in the event of such a return.
Please note that used, damaged or deteriorated parts will not be eligible for a refund.
Return costs
Please note that the shipping costs for returns related to a refund or exchange request, particularly in the case of a size error, will be entirely at your expense. However, you are free to select the shipping method that best suits your needs to complete the return.
