1. Protect it from parasites from the first rays ☀️

With the return of mild temperatures, ticks, fleas and other unwanted creatures are also part of the party.

Choose an antiparasitic protection adapted to its weight, lifestyle and environment: pipette (spot-on), collar, tablet… ask your veterinarian for advice.
Regularly inspect its coat , especially after a walk, a nap in the garden or an encounter with other animals.
🐾 PawPix Tip : Regular brushing helps you quickly spot the presence of parasites while strengthening your bond with your pet.

2. Manage spring shedding: goodbye to flying hairs! 🐶🐱

This season, dogs and cats shed their thick winter fur. The result: hair everywhere ... except where it belongs!

Brush it 2 to 3 times a week to limit hairballs (essential for cats), avoid knots and let the skin breathe.
Use a soft brush , adapted to the texture and length of its coat.
🐾 PawPix Tip : Equip yourself with a hair roller and your favorite vacuum cleaner to keep your home clean... and your nerves intact 😺

3. Beware of poisonous plants: pretty garden, but hidden danger 🌿

Flowers, potted plants, young shoots... all of these attract the most curious, but some are highly toxic to animals.

✅ Beware of spring essentials: lily of the valley, lilies, oleander, azalea ... A simple nibble can be enough to poison your pet.
✅ Choose safe plants like catmint , lavender , basil or chlorophytum .
🐾 PawPix Tip : If your pet is too interested in your plants, keep a close eye on their behavior and consult a doctor quickly if in doubt.

4. Offer him more activities… safely 🐕🌳

Spring makes you want to get moving! And that's a good thing: both dogs and cats love exploring new spaces.

Gradually increase walks , especially if your dog has been less active during the winter.
✅ For indoor cats, offer

In summary: a zen, clean and trouble-free spring 🐾

With these 4 simple but effective steps, your companion will enjoy the sunny days with complete peace of mind. And so will you!
🌸 A pet that feels good in its fur = a spring filled with 100% cuddles, walks, and shared happiness.
